Digital products, including ebooks, guides, templates, workbooks, and downloadable resources, are delivered electronically.

Upon successful purchase, digital products will be available for download and/or delivered via email.

No physical shipment is required for digital purchases.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

Our physical products are made to order through our trusted production partners.

Processing times typically range from 2–7 business days before shipment.

Once your order has been processed, shipping times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed.

ORDER TRACKING

When available, tracking information will be sent to the email address used during checkout once your order has shipped.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

CHAPTER37 is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

CHAPTER37 is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, lost packages, stolen packages, customs delays, weather-related delays, or other events beyond our control.

If your package appears lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly and notify us so we can assist where possible.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
